My interest in systems and mechanisms has meant that I have developed expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and my lateral thinking, problem solving and persistence have led me to invest time in using and repurposing existing functionality within Microsoft Office. Many of the techniques I've developed can be harnessed and workflows optimised to improve document quality at the same time as reducing stress for authors.
